Volunteer Opportunities
AGG may need volunteers in the following areas:
Civic Education
Help organize workshops, prepare educational materials, facilitate discussions, or explain how local, state, and federal government institutions work.
Community Outreach
Help connect AGG with residents, schools, faith communities, nonprofit organizations, immigrant groups, and public institutions.
Immigration Services
Qualified volunteers may assist with community education, client intake, referrals, interpretation, document organization, or administrative support for low-income and indigent clients.
Legal services must be provided only by properly authorized professionals.
Events and Programs
Help plan and support town halls, public forums, training sessions, community meetings, and fundraising events.
Communications
Assist with writing, editing, photography, social media, newsletters, website content, video, and public information.
Research and Policy
Help research public issues, prepare summaries, collect community feedback, and support AGG publications and educational programs.
Technology and Administration
Support registration systems, databases, online meetings, document management, communications platforms, and general office work.
Fundraising and Partnerships
Help identify resources, approach potential partners, prepare proposals, and build relationships that support AGG’s charitable mission.
